By accessing and using Julya AI services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Service Description

Julya AI provides AI-powered call handling and customer service automation tools. Our services include call forwarding, automated responses, call analytics, and related features designed to enhance business communications.

User Accounts

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our services for any illegal activities, to transmit harmful content, or in any way that could damage or impair our services.

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing with appropriate notice.

Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use information as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services.

Service Level Targets:

  • Uptime: 99.9% availability target
  • Response Time: API responses within 500ms average
  • Call Processing: Real-time handling with minimal delay
  • Support: Response within 24 hours for standard issues

Intellectual Property

The Julya AI service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Julya AI and its licensors.

You retain ownership of any content you provide to our services, but grant us a license to use such content to provide and improve our services.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Julya AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Important: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or through your account settings.

Upon Termination:

  • • Your right to use the services will cease immediately
  • • We will delete your account data within 30 days
  • • You remain liable for any outstanding fees
  • • Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your Responsibility: It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of our services after we post any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
